The individuals I spoke with at this agency were very nice, however they do not assist with standalone policies, they must be bundled. I was looking for car insurance but since I already had renters insurance they could not help. It would have been nice to explain this on the website before I wasted my time submitting a quote request and calling to follow-up.

Switching to a different insurance… Auto policy has renewed for nearly $250 more expensive than it was last year. No policy documents or endorsement changes available or claims made to show sudden increase in price, impossible to get ahold of anyone to explain the price jump. Don’t even bother wasting your time insuring through them; they show you a good price for maybe a year but if you decide to stay, you’ll be scraping your already empty pockets to keep coverage!
