Wendy is just the best! There are just no words to describe what a wonderful person she is. She treated us better than family and fought so hard for us to get our home even though the chances of Wendy getting paid anything at all, for all her hard work, were almost zero. But all she cared about is that my husband and I get our house. She was working with us even on weekends, nights, she got documents ready in minutes and jumped through all the ridiculous hoops and obstacles that the builder came up with. She advised us on how to get the lowest rate, and because of her, we did! It's somewhere around 3%. Throught everything she was always so positive and kind, she gave us strength to keep pushing, and how could you give up with this kind of person beside you?! She is the entire reason why we did get the house! at the toughest time with the most competition and with a builder from hell, who tried to do everything possible for us not to get the house. When we had our baby, she even sent us a wonderful gift. I've never met anyone like Wendy! Thank you Wendy, from the bottom of my heart!
