same bs as everyone else, I try to pay my car bill early and now somehow I have a "late fee" "insufficient" or however else they want to rename stealing. If you are using these people I'm going to assume you didn't have any other options ad I did not. If you have a choice, pick something else. Customer service is... not from around here. Saying something must be different on my end when first two month of payment went smooth. Tried paying the exact same way the same time of the month and it said it scheduled my payment. I have photo and email proof it was scheduled. Now I have fees, just hoping it doesn't affect credit.

They are the worst!! Every time I go to make a payment the price is different! They continue to charge a late fee even when I pay the bill early. Their app says my payment is one price when the paying over the phone is something totally different. This company feels like a scam. I will definitely be changing companies asap.

The absolute worst decision I have ever made. Open Road Lending refinanced my auto loan through West Lake. Now I am being told that I can't make principal only payment. DECEPTIVE!!!

Customer service is a hit and miss. Sometimes you’ll get a good agent but most of the time you don’t.

Called to resolve payment issues and when confronted agent about misrepresentation of their amount. Was placed on hold for 20 minutes and then seemed as though she was making up fees as she was going. Asked to speak to a lawyer and the agent just hung up on me instead. Couldn’t get her name because I could barely understand her.

Straight Crooks, worst financial company I’ve ever dealt with. Unprofessional, customer service sucks. I some how had a loan without even signing anything from them. Something needs to be done about this shady company period. Never and I say never, get an auto loan from them. You’ll regret it!!!

THIS FINANCE IS A JOKE. MY HUSBAND HAS HIS CAR FINANCED THROUGH THIS TRASH OF A PLACE. A CEMENT TRUCK HIT HIS CAR, THEY SENT THE PAYMENT TO WESTLAKE FINANCIAL, IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS AND THEY GAVE MY HUSBAND A TRACKING NUMBER SAYING CHECK WAS SENT TO BODY SHOP- WELL GUESS WHAT TRACKING NUMBER SAYS THAT IT HASNT BEEN PICKED UP BY POST OFFICE YET. ALSO WHEN WE CALLED AGAIN THEY SAID NOW THEY ARE WAITING ON THE ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT. EVERYTIME YOU CALL YOU GET THE RUN AROUND- SAID EXCUSE FOR THIS TO BE HAPPENING. APPARENTLY ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY

No stars. Their team will hang up on you and have you on hold for an hour. They picked up my car without valid reason and when asked why I wasn’t given an answer. Then they made me jump through hoops just to find my car and wouldn’t release it to the insurance company that was providing my rental and ready to fix the car. Overall would never finance with them

Horrible horrible customer service. I got hung up on multiple times after asking for a manager or supervisor. They kept adding money to my pay off amount after making my set payments. Nobody was putting in notes that I was on a payment plan and they were just adding money after talking to 5 people about a payment plan. Even after getting the names of the customer service reps and reporting that I had talked to them, nobody knew what I was talking about. They were all telling me different things and not communicating amongst each other.
