Angle and her team were awesome and went way out of the way to make the apartment ready for us. Super convenient location, amazing amenities and having a gate that has a code to get in was a plus for us. Our unit and just been renovated and they are doing the same to the entire property

Ms. Rankin is the most professional property manager. Karen, the leasing agent, along with Dwayne, the grounds keeper, sealed the deal with me. As I'm looking to relocate into the Brunswick area they put my mind at ease with the care and attention the give the property and the people the call this place home.

Karen has been amazing in making sure that the process was smooth and fast. Her customer service is amazing and she is very helpful in making sure that you're comfortable. I currently occupy their 1 bed 1 bath unit and it's very comfortable. The maintenance team is quick to respond to work orders and they are very respectful. I have rented from other places and the management team here has been amazing. The neighborhood is tucked away from the highway and is surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to everything you need.

i toured the complex, it was very nice. clean and put together well. the staff was amazing. my plans changed and i did not move to the area, but, if i ever find myself looking for a place in brunswick, ga, i know where i will be looking to live.

Me and my wife live this place. We have lived here for 2+ years and we havent even had a minor inconvenience. Angela is very kind and considerate. We had discoloration in the on the floors and she got right to work and got it replaced within the week. With my wife pregnant, she was afraid it was mold but they quickly let us know not to worry and made us feel more at ease.

We truly recommend this apartment not only for the kind people who work here, but for the peaceful atmosphere that you live in. God bless and thank you Angela again for your hard work!
