This should be your laaaast option! 9 months waiting for my roof leaks to be fixed, every time it rains is a mess (living room, and both bedrooms roofs have big holes), neighbors are dirty and let their pets do their necessities on the shared patio, never pick up after them or pets, there’s no parking spaces, my car got scratched, my mail gets stolen 8-10 times, there’s roaches, the management is RUDE like no other, and you call to notify of these issues and they don’t care at all. For the price there’s way better. On top they are raising the rent cost next month UNBELIEVABLE, SAVE YOURSELF SOME HEADACHES!

I was looking at some apartments they were offering on Zillow. The lady who attended me at first was very nice, attentive, and helpful.

I then went to view 2 apartments. The living room lights in one of them weren’t working. Once I got back to the management office, a different lady helped me out. I told her about the lights not working and she immediately replied with, “No, they do work. I was just there this morning.” I’m not sure if maybe I didn’t turn the switch on properly, but I tried turning them on and they weren’t working when I did the tour.

This same lady then replied to my other questions regarding the properties with a rude tone. Me being a first-time renter, I had a lot of questions and didn’t really understand the process of renting. I asked a few different questions about monthly fees - which I now know don’t exist, but what I was trying to refer to were the monthly utility costs - and she made me feel dumb for asking about it. Almost like I was stupid for having asked the question about fees. She just had a disrespectful way of answering my questions. I don’t think that a property management business would be happy to have someone with that attitude speaking to prospective renters looking to rent from the company. If that’s how she is to prospective renters, I can’t imagine how a 12 month lease with her would be.

The other lady who helped me out at first, though, was very kind & said goodbye with a genuine smile. She represents what the other woman should be like.

Rude!!! Went to apply for a apartment. I asked if they were dog friendly Gary said to come in and show him a picture of the dog. Before I had a chance to even show Gary or talk to him 2 ladies jumped all over me about the dog. I was explaining to them that I didn't know exactly what breed he was because we got him from the humane society. If they don't except dogs why don't they say there not pet friendly. Instead of getting interrogated. I should have read the poor reviews prior to even wasting my time going there.

Wouldn't bother with this place at all. Rude old lady that works there and didn't even give the chance to check out the place we were interested in.

I wouldn't waste money applling for a place here. I showed them monthly income 4x greater than rent, have a spotless background, and they denied me for credit, even after offering a high credit co signer. My credits at 480 due to medical bills, so use that to gauge of they'll give you a chance. I should have saved that money for another place. Also the office smells.

Rented from them for 4 years. Mr/Mrs Gist, Robin and Mercedes are good People. I just hate the house was old with lots of issues. They always took care of the problems though. Yes; I would rent from them again.

Tried renting from them a few times. Denied twice for my credit score THANK GOD! It was a blessing in disguise. Yea the rent is cheap but the people are rude, they are bias, racist and all out hateful. I made 6x the rent of the place i was trying to get and they denied me because the receptionist's cousin wanted to the apartment!.They dont clean their places before they are rented, their rentals are full of bugs, aspestos, mold i could go on and on DO NOT RENT FROM WESTRIDGE MANAGMENT!!!!!!!!!!

If you’re planning on renting from this company be advised. I had been in contact with this company several times and was promised first look at a property they are managing for rent. The lady that made these promises claimed to have a emergency and apparently is very unorganized and left nobody with any info on the supposed promise to have first look at said property.
Meanwhile another person in the office filled the applications and rental.
Piss poor communication and business management.
