Matthew was so awesome to work with, he went above and beyond for us since day 1! Got referred to him from one of our friends and honestly we are so glad he was there to help us out. Even with us having lots of hoops to jump through to get the house, he was never hesitant to answer any questions we had, and the level of support was top notch!

Being first time homebuyers was definitely confusing and challenging at times, but we never had to second guess our decision and felt like we were in good hands the entire time, we talked to a few other lenders beforehand but Matt outshined them all. Our closing went so smooth and we did not come across any troubles at all, it’s not an exaggeration to say we wouldn’t have been able to get this house had it not been for Matthew and his team’s hard work.

What’s a mortgage made my home buying process go so smoothly. I hit up Minh on IG and he reached out to me to set up a call with his lenders. Efrain called us that same day. He was amazing to work with and recommend him to anyone. On Our initial call he ran some numbers to see what we could potentially qualify for and then helped us build our credit to qualify for more. The process went by fairly quick, we reached out in late September and worked on what we needed to work on and was pre approved in November. After being pre-approved we found our house within 2 weeks. It went by fast, we closed in 21 days as promised. Efrain referred a real estate agent & when I say he was amazing! In a seller market you want a shark. 1 other offer on the house and we still made out with 15k seller credit. I highly recommend Ray & Don. Ray was our initial relator but went on a holiday vacation and had his colleague Don help us and he closed the deal #shark . Ray definitely left us in GREAT hands!
