Brian and his team were absolutely hands down the best!! Brian got me pre-approved quickly fresh out of my bankruptcy. Brian did an amazing job and exceeded our expectations!! He was very responsive, educated us on the mortgage process, gave thorough answers to our questions, treated us with respect and professionalism, and has great judgment that is based on his years of experience (he was able to lock us in a good rate when he noticed there was an increased likelihood that rates could go up). He was also transparent, honest, and provided evidence to back up what he was saying.

There was a concern that we would not be able to close in time. Brian has great judgment as he suggested and we agreed to be locked in rate within a timeframe that would allow for wiggle room, if the closing date were to get delayed. We ended up being able to close on our closing day (no delays). One of the reasons that this happened on time was due to Brian’s organization and close business relationships with his portfolio of lenders and business partners.

Throughout the process, we really felt like he looked out for our best interest and we appreciate working with him. Even after we closed on our house, he still keeps in touch and checks in on us.
