Please don't ever use this lady. She's great at manipulation that's for sure. We should have took our money and left like we originally planned. She is hard to get a hold of, will not help you with any of your request, she just screwed us on 1,000. Our landlord decided to switch rental companies and we are just now being shown all the unpaid bills, makes us wonder where the money was going ? And so much more. Absolutely terrible people to do business with.

Nicole.. where to start, can we start with I tried to back out of this property? Told her multiple times we had animals, 3 days before moving in we read the lease and it stated that no pets were allowed. Tried to get our deposit back and find something else. But she assured us she would get it fixed. She did a horrible job...So much so, my landlord switch property management companies.( she use to work for sowes co and now hes back) Definitely a lack of communication, lack of transparency.

She stopped sending me my bills in March a month after I moved in... not all bills just two of them. ( since the owner put them in his name) and did not tell me. So I was paying what was sent to me and now I have almost 1000 dollars in bills that I will have to catch up on. I hope she responds to this and we can air it out on Google. She never even installed a PROPER mailbox, so I could even receive mail( put it on the side of my house instead of the road) I had to go out and provide a mailbox for the house which I should bill her for.... Made us wait for our swamp cooler to get fixed( sent her pictures of a lake in my kitchen and was ignored) until it damaged the roofing inside the house. The back gutter is falling off the house and told me she wouldn't fix it until all my utilitie bills were paid, even though she wasnt sending me all of them.( that's not legal by the way) Also she charges a 250 dollar non refundable fee for administrative purposes and she couldn't notify me that the bills were switched? Get real. Also that both my sky lights in my florida room leak like crazy. That never got fixed also. I have pictures of everything as well I will be posting later. Just need to find them.

This little home was the perfect stay for my month of medical school rotations. Though small it feels spacious with high ceilings and open concept. It had all the amenities I could’ve wanted including an electric fireplace, large tv, desk with computer mouse, espresso machine and a fully equipped kitchen. I’d fully recommend this place to other students and would happily stay there again anytime! Property management is also very responsive to any needs you may have!

Had two different short term rental stays within the Farmington area and loved both! Properties were modern with newer appliances and furniture. Always had everything I needed in terms of amenities. Nicole was very helpful with both stays and was able to assist with any questions I had. Overall a great stay!

We reached out to Nicole to entertain the idea of her managing our families rental property. We set up an appointment for the property to be viewed in person, appointment was initially missed but when contacted, Nicole broke away and was able to still meet just a bit later than anticipated. Meeting went great, Nicole had great ideas and good feedback on the property. Everyone was excited to start working together and was told she would reach out to my mom soon. After a couple times of having to leave voicemails Nicole reached out and had scheduled another meeting with some of her partners to view the property. We rushed to make the house a bit more presentable, since it is still in the final stages of completion, then nobody showed up to view the property. My mom reached out and left several voicemails and texts but no response from Nicole. Then BOOM out of nowhere Nicole states that her partners liked the property and were coming to look at it in person. The day of the meeting comes and sadly goes by without any calls or texts for the once again no show. We have reached out several times since still with no replies or I'll call you back in a few minutes but the call never happens. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism on Nicoles part. I hope current landlords don't have to chase this hard to get their rental income from them. Please be aware of the empty hopes and lack of communication if trying to deal with Wilcox Property Management.
