I like warm welcomings. Called to get specific info and before i could even finish and ask my question, the lady cut me off and starts giving me info I didn't even ask for so I I tried to redirect the conversation by acknowledging what she said & then she over corrects by saying, "no what i said was.." and then she says thee same exact thing I just acknowledged to her. Rude to say least.

Wilder Associates is amazing!! All of the staff members are professional, kind and easy to talk too. They work with you in a timely manner whether it's getting a new tenant approved or maintenance around the property. They are all around wonderful.

In a really difficult renters’ market, with very few properties available, Wilder Associates has been a wondrous resource. After sending applications to various properties, and not even having the applications looked at, this company operates differently. Jim was one of only a few property managers to respond to our realtor’s query, and Shanna has responded to every email, guided us through the process, and kept us apprised of every new development in the application process. They are very diligent in vetting tenants, and Shanna has proven to be a very valuable asset, both to the company and to prospective tenants. I look forward to my daughter becoming a tenant at one of Wilder Associates’ properties.

Responsive to our needs as renters, we never had any problems until move out. Beware: they will send you a letter stating that if you leave the place professionally cleaned, this will minimize deductions from your deposit. Then they get the place cleaned anyway and charge you again for it. Basically we paid twice in an attempt to be good tenants. I feel they were not honest about their practices, but when I brought it up they didn't seem to care. I'm disappointed in how my relationship with them ended.

Our experience with Drayah was wonderful. After being super discouraged with the rental market in Santa Cruz my partner and I created a flier to let property manager know what we were looking for. Drayah graciously received our flier and complemented our efforts. Drayah thoughtfully kept us in mind and notified us of a rental
that would be coming on the market that met our criteria. She was a wonderful liaison between us and the owner during viewings and walk throughs and we have been happily living in our new rental for about a month. I highly recommend working with Drayah - she’s responsive, professional, and down to earth
