After being notified that my vehicle insurance premium was going to be raised exponentially, I immediately began seeking alternatives for coverage. A peer shared that he used Wilkinson Insurance and to give them a call so I did.

I was connected to Bryan Pearcy and within 24 hours of my call, we were gathering documentation and facts necessary to find discounts. He then forwarded a quote that was $45 less what my previous agent quoted with the same financial limits. Before the week was over, I had accepted the new plan, cancelled my old one and have a peace of mind and a few extra dollars.

The customer service and communication was impeccable. Not only did we converse on the phone and through email, he sent a video that explained what was happening for me to watch when my schedule permitted.

I have since given out their information to others to try their luck in this insurance game.

This was definitely a positive experience.
