My account is at Oneonta and there very nice.i now do most of my business at this Albertville branch....the teller,her name is tayler.she is the best,has helped me with my online account and etc.always the best when she takes care of things when I'm there.she is just pleasant to do business with.

If you are use to doing business with your hometown WinSouth dont ever use this one. They are extremely rude and not helpful or understanding at all. When you have done business with a bank for 30 years with stellar credit you dont expect to be treated like a deadbeat.

what bank closes at 4:30Most people dont getting off till 4 or 5..and when u pull up at 4:29 they have all the blinds drawn done for the day.... not worth banking here.
