I’ve had waste management for well over 3 years now and the service is horrible. The bill fluctuates from $45 to $250 monthly. This is whether I put my trash out or not. I’ve experimented after a $45 bill not put my trash out for a month. The next month my bill was ridiculous and back at $250 for the month with a reconnection fee. When I try to call I have waited on hold for over 1 1/2 hour with out ever talking to an individual. To resolve the bill. I have been calling and trying to get them, to come pick up my trash cans. Still the same issue no one answers and when they do pick the individual transfers you and you wait on hold for an undetermined amount of time. There are way better and more affordable company’s in the area. WASTE MANAGEMENT COME GET YOUR CANS!!!

They like to miss our house. We dont miss any tuesday. We follow the procedures, but wm likes to purposely miss our house. This has happened 4 times this year, and 3 times last year. WM still gets their money. We dont get our money back. It's not like we can pick a different company. WM really sucks

I am just curious why my recycle bin is emptied approximately whenever they feel like it, yet the city bills me the same. Sometimes for several weeks I move a bin full of card board, in a properly labeled bin out to the curb and back, then on that lucky Wednesday when they feel it has been long enough it gets picked up. If it is not a regular thing my city bill should reflect that. I hate paying for services to a private contractor that are not provided.

I am a 75 yr old man with a Poverty level income. And about a yr and a half ago I called and talked to a lady at your company about my situation. We talked about how much I make, and how much trash I produce each week, and she lowered the price I pay for my bill. It was about $40-$45 per period. And after awhile it went back to the top price. Is there anything you can do to help lower my bill back to around what I was told and got before? Thank you in advance.

You could never get a hold of a person my pick up was skipped. I put in twice to have them come back. They never showed up. Garbage got knocked all over the ground by the dogs in the hood and mean come on at least somebody respond.

I don't even use waste management and they are trying to bill me and say we are late on payment. I've never requested their services and have used a totally different company for the last 8 years. Their driver cussed out our neighbors saying the trash can was our can, not theirs and to quit using it. It would be nice if they knew how to manage...

I just watched trashbags fall out of the bin, and waste management just drove off. Seriously, get off and pick them up. We pay for our trash to be taken... not fall out and left on the ground.

WM is one of the services that has not changed, good and reliable, has not raised prices. Especially enjoy the person who drives the truck in our neighborhood. My son enjoy seeing the trash truck and they always notice him and honk and wave! Makes his day. Once when we went to grab the bin to return to the house and there was a miniature WM trash truck waiting for him, like a matchbox type style car. Exceptional service in my opinion!
