This bank has terrible service and immoral business practices. 7 years ago, my dad got a SBA loan and they held our family business building and home as lien. They stated at the time that they would remove the lien on our home if we ever needed to move. Also, our business building value is more than enough for the loan. Our family is currently planning on moving homes so my dad requested for just our home lien to be removed so we can sell my current house, but they delayed this removal for over a month, which made the selling process extremely difficult. He met with the branch manager, and they had him pay a ridiculous fee in order to remove the lien. Our business has never missed a loan payment and our home lien was conditional at the time, so this is ridiculous. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid getting loans from this bank.

I was truly amazed by their exceptional service! I went to this location to open my checking account and Yunjin Choi was the one who helped me with it. She was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient in her work and really showed great patience in answering all of my questions. She is an absolute asset to this branch. GREAT WORK! THANK YOU!!
