Hastled over a writing mistake on a check. Rose was extremely rude saying at 4 pm on Friday if full payment not made we will charge you a late fee. Thankfully her supervisor was polite and took care of problem but being bothered about a hundred dollars at 9 years no late or short payments shows they are horrible at the core would hate to see what happens if I missed one...

I've been given late fees on payments I've already made. 2 months in a row. Either pay by ach or don't pay at all. These people suck. I've lost my patience with them. They're costing me money. Wasteful.

I received a call today telling me my home insurance has been cancelled and cannot be reinstated due to lack of payment, the mortgage company WCDA just got the check returned to them. He told me they paid it as soon as they got notice. It was three days late. I have been cancelled!
This is due to no fault of my own as the payment comes out of my account by automatically withdrawing my insurance attached to the payment. This payment has gone up in the past few years, I still continue to pay every month!
I was told to call the insurance company and give them hell! Are you kidding why me! How about you fix the mess! You missed the deadline not me!
I did call the insurance company and sure enough I have been cancelled, however he can rewrite the policy but with the age of the home my rates are going to be quite a lot higher! Unbelievable that people are allowed to treat consumers this way and seems to be no problem for them, just in a days work!

Absolutely terrible experience. Whoever’s working there answering the phones is probably the rudest group of people I’ve ever dealt with. Called to see if I could pay partially towards my mortgage and was pretty much told “tough luck.” They are gonna screw you over with fees regardless even if you are trying to make things right. Wished I would’ve known what an awful group WCDA was before getting my mortgage through them.

The BEST people and company I have ever had a loan with!!! When my husband was hospitalized, they were so kind and helpful. Whenever they called, they would start the conversation with "How is your husband doing?" I was NEVER a number! I felt as though I was a part of a large family that truly cared about me and my family. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WCDA!!!

Super hard to get a hold of anyone, they can’t help over the phone nor their website and you have to go through and send emails to servicing. Unsure why I keep getting charged fees when my loan was paid in full and then some…still have not received my refund in Full and it’s been 40 days since pay off. Just continue to get emails from Connie stating another check “will be sent to you this week”. Strongly do not recommend and did not/will not use their services again.

Terrible dealing with this company. Pay your bill and then they will turn around and say you didn't. Proof and all and try pulling a 2nd payment out of your account. Penalize you for THEIR mistakes and say "oh well".....do not recommend using them. Severely displeased. Never had such a problem then I do now with this company.

Poor customer service. Beware that what is told to you will be the opposite of what is done. Was told I wouldn't have a late fee since I called but to get it in before the end of the month. They cashed my check on the 17th. Still got a late fee. Also there is no way to pay online so you have to mail it to them. Mail from Riverton to Casper is a one day trip. They didn't open mine until days after it's arrival this means. Out of date, rude, unhelpful organization. Highly recommend choosing anywhere else. As you can see by their 2 star rating.
