I can't say enough good things about working with Eric Swenson and his team while recently securing a mortgage loan. He simplifies the often overwhelming process of finding suitable financing, gathering necessary documents and evaluating what options are best for one's specific needs. Eric makes himself readly available to his clients, is able to explain things concisely & is always there to help negotiate any bumps that may come up along the way.
